East Peoria House

This home overlooks Peoria from the East Peoria bluffs. This was a very challenging site. The program called for a 2 car garage with a new great room above with a master suite bedroom and bathroom on the first floor. We successfully merged all of the owners requests and provided an unobstructed view of the Peoria skyline.

The final solution merges new and existing in a way that the addition looks as if it was always there.
